Discover yourself throught exploration,

that begins from the smallest sensations within, expanding the body and opening up movement into space. Through improvisational dynamics, participants are invited to connect to their sensations and the present moment, while cultivating awareness of themselves and others.

Using imagination, touch, and various tools from Instant Composition and Contact-Improvisation, participants will discover how the body can move fluidly, playing with weight transfer, grounding, and aerial movements. A journey that follows the body’s evolution in relation to its partners.

The workshop is structured in several phases, starting with a moment of individual connection to explore internal sensations, before welcoming touch with oneself and other bodies, always in softness. Playfulness, listening, and kindness are the guiding principles of this shared time.

This experience not only strengthens self-confidence and trust in others, but also reveals the creative potential of improvisation in a supportive and playful atmosphere.
